But on a down note- Mat Latos has not yet been assigned to Fort Wayne or to a team due to maturity "issues"

EDIT 2.0- Cesar Carrillo is back from injury, still trying to get a feel for his changeup but has been throwing his fastball in the mid 80's trying to regain his command.
